Ingredients
- 2 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream, warm
- 1/2 cup Whole Milk, warm
- Salt and White Pepper
- Chives (optional garnish)
Instructions

Peel and cut potatoes into chunks.
