Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream, warm
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk, warm
  • Salt and White Pepper
  • Chives (optional garnish)

Instructions
