Whole wedges of cabbage boiled in a spicy Cajun broth until tender and infused with flavor. A viral low-carb hit.

Ingredients
- 1 head green cabbage, cut into wedges (core intact)
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (Old Bay or Tony's)
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper
- Sausage slices (optional)

In a large pot, melt butter. Sauté garlic and onion briefly.

Add broth and seasonings. Bring to a boil.

Add cabbage wedges (and sausage if using).

Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until cabbage is tender.
