- 3 large chicken breasts, sliced cutlets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Fresh basil for garnish

Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Dredge chicken cutlets to coat evenly.

Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in chicken broth to deglaze the pan, scraping up browned bits.
