Easy Chicken Tikka Masala
A simplified version of the beloved Indian curry. Tender chicken in a rich, creamy, spiced tomato sauce.

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Chicken Thighs, bite-sized
- 1 cup Plain Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Turmeric
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 14oz (400g) Tomato Puree
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- Fresh Cilantro

Marinate chicken in yogurt and half the spices for at least 15 minutes.

Sear chicken in a hot pan until browned (not fully cooked). Remove.

Sauté onion until soft. Add ginger-garlic paste and remaining spices.

Pour in tomato puree and simmer for 10 minutes.

Stir in cream and return chicken to the pan.

Simmer gently for 10-15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.

Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice or naan.
