Creamy Homemade Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) Chickpeas, drained (reserve liquid/aquafaba)
- 1/2 cup Tahini (Sesame Paste)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- Ice Water (secret trick)
Instructions

Blend tahini and lemon juice in a food processor until creamy.

Add garlic, cumin, and oil. Blend again.

Add chickpeas. Blend for 2 minutes.

With the motor running, slowly drizzle in 2-3 tbsp ice water.

Blend until incredibly fluffy and smooth.

Top with olive oil and paprika.
