Ingredients
- 185g unsalted butter
- 185g dark chocolate
- 3 large eggs
- 275g golden caster sugar
- 85g plain flour
- 40g cocoa powder
- 100g chocolate chunks (milk or white)

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a square tin.

Melt butter and dark chocolate together. Cool slightly.

Whisk eggs and sugar until thick and pale (ribbon stage).

Fold chocolate mixture into egg mixture.

Sift in flour and cocoa. Fold gently.
