Bakery Style Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Butter, softened
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 cups Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
- Coarse Sugar for topping

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Toss blueberries with 1 tbsp of this mix.

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time.

Alternately add flour mixture and milk.

Gently fold in blueberries.

Fill muffin tin cups to the top.

Sprinkle with coarse sugar.
