Ingredients
- 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
- 4 packages (32 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 4 large Eggs

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Wrap a springform pan in foil (for water bath).

Mix crumbs and butter. Press into bottom of pan. Bake 10 mins. Cool.

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Mix in sour cream and vanilla.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed (do not overbeat).
