  • 1 bag (16 oz) frozen dumplings (pork or veg)
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp red curry paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup spinach or bok choy
  • Lime juice
  • Cilantro for garnish

Instructions

    In an oven-safe skillet, whisk coconut milk, curry paste, soy sauce, and sugar over medium heat.
